Come on, you know what I mean Wink
I figured you'd get a chuckle. :p

I guess it depends what you want to train. If you want to sprint and be "bulky", then you should probably stick with short sessions.
Muscle doesn't grow on it's own. It would require an increased caloric intake. I'm not trying to get bulky. I want to be a lean, mean, fighting machine! hahaha

This morning I actually warmed up some and then went running. And instead of 25 minutes I did a slower pace and actually ran for 45 minutes.  Shocked

Muscle also grows as it burns (itself). Short intervals of very intensive exercise will do exactly that (that's what sprint training does). You would need some energy drinks to do that properly though, as all the sugars run out quickly, and burning fat is not sufficient for intensive exercise. As for meat production, it's tasteless, useless, and I just can't help but think we're worth so much more than farmed beef.

Note: pasta goes well with long exercise as well as your food budget, and you should be careful not to eat too much before exercising as it can cause problems (the digestive system becomes unable to process food as the energy is diverted elsewhere).

Which would make sense, it would give you an abundance of carbs/glycogen.

I'd also warn against eating too much pasta, because what your body doesn't use, it stores. Particularly right before bed. haha
