I guess it depends what you want to train. If you want to sprint and be "bulky", then you should probably stick with short sessions.
Muscle doesn't grow on it's own. It would require an increased caloric intake. I'm not trying to get bulky. I want to be a lean, mean, fighting machine! hahaha
This morning I actually warmed up some and then went running. And instead of 25 minutes I did a slower pace and actually ran for 45 minutes.
